Damages and issues
I package all pieces with extra love and care. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Should any item be damaged during transit, you can contact us at sleepystainedglass@yahoo.com. Please include images of the damaged item when you send your email. If the item is damaged, we will offer a full refund or offer a free replacement should the glass required be available. Any notification of damaged/broken items must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
